There is something fantastic about g-stalt project which is based on spatial operating environment g-speak. g-stalt is a next generation human computer interaction interface emerging from Tangible Media Group at the MIT Media Lab. Jamie Zigelbaum who is one of the developer for g-stalt suggests,
In the g-stalt project we are exploring how to navigate large information spaces naturally, quickly, and seamlessly between graphical and physical space.
Watch out this video how actually it works (user can download images from flickr by touching one of three fruits on the table e.g. the orange fruit will download images on flickr tagged with “orange.”)

What do you think, having a similar application for Protein Bioinformatics where you can visualizing the protein structures and complexes using expressive human actions?
